Shipping methods

Shipping methods depend on volume and weight of the package; available methods are

• by package service or
• by freight forwarding services.

When placing an order, we will notify you about the actual shipping method and the name of the service provider delivering to you. Also you will receive a tracking code to check on the delivery status at any time.

Are you worried about curious neighbors? Our cardboard boxes are as neutral packages that are used to ship furniture or large electrical appliances as well. However, some attention might be raised by large wooden crates; those boxes might indicate the delivery of antiquities or statues.

Our prices always include shipping & handling fees.

Additional costs might apply when choosing a) customization options that are charged extra; b) special shipping methods, or c) special payment methods. If applicable in you location, import fees are not included.
